Experienced Bartender – The Doutta Galla Hotel, Flemington

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team at the Doutta Galla, a lively local known for its great food, sports, live entertainment, and warm hospitality has had an extensive 3 story rennovation and needs some extra hands to serve our amazing locals.

About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be the face of our bar operations – from pouring the perfect pint and shaking standout cocktails to delivering memorable service with personality and professionalism. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and bring energy and consistency to every shift.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years bartending experience in a pub, cocktail bar, or similar high-volume hospitality environment

• RSA Certificate: A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is mandatory in Victoria

• Beverage Knowledge: Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails (ability to make classic cocktails is a must)

• Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver friendly, engaging, and professional service to diverse guests

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a bar and floor team in a fast-paced environment

• Cash Handling & POS: Confident in operating tills, processing payments, and handling cash accurately

• Presentation: Well-groomed, professional, and able to represent the venue’s brand standards
