JOB DESCRIPTION

We are on the hunt for a fun and friendly barista to join our team.  If you're passionate about coffee and making people smile,  we want to hear from you! 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Barista
Cafe Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience required
  • Must be competent in a fast paced volume work environment while maintaining high level consistency 
  • Able to work effieicently alone on the machine during bus periods
  • Minimum 2 years Australian cafe expereince essential 
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Opportunity to be mentored by our head barista with over 20 years expereince
  • Strong English skills essential 
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
