JOB DESCRIPTION

MIRRA are looking for an experienced bartender for an event this Friday Evening (04/10/24)

Our event space is located right in the heart of Fortitude Valley and caters for Private Functions in a sophisticated environment for a variety of occasions.

We are after experienced hospitality professionals that have bar (additon of waitstaffing experience highly regarded)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be very well-presented
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Black Pants & Long Sleeve Black Button up shirt (uniform required) 
  • Must hold a valid RSA 
  • Preparing and serving of alcoholic beverages (bottled beer / wine / sparkling / spirits with mixers) 
  • Preparing and serving of basic cocktails 
  • Ability to carry trays of beverages 
  • Able to work alone and in a team 
  • Able to open and close bar 
  • Polishing and storing glassware, cutlery 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
