Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll do:

Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
Setup and cleaning of kitchen

What you'll need:

Experience working in a hands-on, team
Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
Strong communication and organisation skills
Trade cooking qualifications are essential
Flexible availability
