Welcome to The Belvedere, sitting on the shores of Woody Point, Brisbane. Our newly renovated Pavilion Restaurant boasts one of the best views in the country, including the only direct view of the sunset along the whole of the Australian Eastern Seaboard! The locals know and love us for our seasonal dishes and our all-round friendly service.

We are seeking a variety of Chef's/ kitchen staff to work with a team of committed professionals and assist our venue in delivering the best food possible.

Our environment is different to normal kitchens. Under the guidance of our Head Chef you will be primarily engaged in food prep, grill, Breakfast's and general food service. You will assist with ensuring that we maintain our commitment to producing the highest possible level of quality of food from the kitchen to our valued customers.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1yrs+ in a similar role in a busy commercial kitchen
  • Under the guidance of our Head Chef you will be primarily engaged in food prep, functions, pizzeria, grill, Breakfast's and general food service.
  • You will assist with ensuring that we maintain our commitment to producing the highest possible level of quality of food from the kitchen to our valued customers. 
  • Training & Upskilling on offer
