What will need you to have:

• a valid NSW RSA 
• be an expert communicator – with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in busy restaurant as section waiter or Cocktail Bartender 
• Hard-working, a dedicated individual looking to propel their career
• Waitstaff - The Ability to carry 3 plates & use a POS System 
• Bartenders - Knowledgeable on all classic cocktails & spirit lines 
• Have the ability to work a hospitality roster
