What we are looking for:

• Holds a NSW RSA 
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Previous experience in busy restaurant as section waiter or Cocktail Bartender 
• Hard-working, a dedicated individual looking to propel their career
• Waitstaff - The Ability to carry 3 plates & use a POS System 
• Bartenders - Knowledgeable on all classic cocktails & spirit lines 
• Have the ability to work a hospitality roster
