• Experience in working in fine dining and/or hatted restaurant.

• Passion for food and beverage and serving guests!

• Excellent presentation and grooming

• Superior attention to detail

• Dedicated to always providing the highest of standards

• Exceptional communication skills

The successful applicant should also have the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Qualifications in Hospitality will be highly regarded

• Current Statement of Attainment – Responsible Service of Alcohol

• Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Australia with any valid work status

In addition to the above criteria, attention to detail, a customer focus, high levels of energy, willingness to work flexible hours across a 7-day roster and a positive 'can do' attitude, is what is required to successfully undertake this position.
