Floor Attendant/Host/All-Rounder

JOB DESCRIPTION

Goros, a vibrant Japanese-inspired late-night venue in Sydney, is seeking experienced floor staff with bar experience to join our team. Our venue offers a unique blend of cocktails, karaoke, and a dancefloor, creating a lively atmosphere for our patrons. late night food trade until 2AM and a hosted dining experience from 4PM -10PM.  If you are passionate about fun cocktails, Saké, Japan, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a late-night setting, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who wants to just pick up the odd Friday and Saturday shift as our weekend trade picks up.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment (preferred)
  • Previous Experience on the floor running food, stamping dockets, and greeting guests (preferred)
  • Some knowledge of cocktails and bar basics (preferred)
  • Ability to work late nights, including Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility for Wednesday and Thursday shifts on rotation (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • RSA certification (required)
