We are looking for experienced waiters/waitresses at Byblos Bar and Restaurant.
As part of the Ghanem Group we operate a number of award-winning venues in Brisbane and Melbourne, most notably the multi award-winning Blackbird Bar and Grill, Byblos Bar & Restaurant and Donna Chang. Staff meals provided.
Byblos Bar and Restaurant combines imaginative Lebanese & Mediterranean cusine with lavish hospitality, luxurious surroundings and a word class drink. Located right on the Yarra at WTC Wharf, Byblos is a stunning restaurant serving up traditional Lebanese food and a succinct but quality drinks selection.
We are currently looking for Floor Staff:
- Some experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Immediate start
- Weekend availability is a must including occasional late finishes
- Able to work 15-25 hours per week with the opportunity for more
- Staff meals provided

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
