We are looking for Superstar Floor staff to join the team at The Collective!!!

THE ROLE!

Bring your love for professional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests that ensure repeat clientele. Must have a good understanding of front-of-house operations including everything from head hosting to host running, food & drinks running, and section waiter responsibilities and want to be part of an experienced and equally passionate team of hospitality professionals that is truly invested in other people's success - this is the role for you!

Functions/Events experience would be desirable but not necessary.

You:

• Minimum 1 years of restaurant style service
• Experience in high volume, high-quality table service
• Fast-paced, adaptable and quick thinking - without sacrificing a high level of customer interaction and service.
• Keen eye for detail, organised and consistent
• Able to perform under pressure and maintain a smile
• Unique Staff with their own style, personality and ability to banter is a must!
• Capable of building effective relationships with guests and staff
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays with a flexible roster
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Current RSA Certificate for QLD
• Customer satisfaction is your number 1 priority
