Smoke rooftop bar is currently looking for its newest superstar waiter to join their team. Smoke prides itself on serving some of the best cocktails in Sydney alongside 180 degree views of Darling Harbour. With live DJ's every weekend, Smoke is the ultimate rooftop destination in Barangaroo. 

Smoke is currently open to people of all hospitality experience and is the perfect place to grow, learn and perfect your skills. Trading hours are 3:00pm - 12:00am every evening & tip packets included. If you're looking for change, this is for you! 

Barangaroo House as a whole is an all-encompassing hospitality experience with three levels offering unique experiences, a waterfront bar on the ground floor, a wholesome restaurant at the heart & a groovy rooftop bar at the crest. We are 2 minutes walking distance from Wynyard & can offer you key growth & development.

For this position, the ideal candidate will have: 

• A current and valid NSW RSA 

• Experience and knowledge in a high-volume bar, or restaurant

• Ability to carry multiple plates

• Is across Classic cocktails and is eager to learn and follow seasonal menu changes

• Positive, go-get attitude 

• Team player 

• Minimum experience of 12 months in a similar role
