JOB DESCRIPTION

Located on Willoughby Rd. at the top of the hill, we're known for our sell out trivia nights and fantastic
food. Established in September 1928, our heritage listed building is rich in local history.


The Bridgey offers something for everyone, from a fully equipped gaming room and sports bar, to premium accommodation, regular trivia nights and a family friendly bistro “The Dining Room” showcasing some of our best seasonal produce across lunch and dinner.
We are currently on the hunt for guest experience driven floor staff, to bring their love of hospitality and customer service to our bistro offering.

The Role
 
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including welcoming and seating our guests, running food items from the kitchen during service, clearing and refreshing tables, communicating with the bar, kitchen to ensure the smooth flow of service and creating a fantastic guest experience for our patrons.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Experience working as a food runner or section waiter in some of Sydney’s most reputable pubs or restaurants will be essential in hitting the ground running.
