JOB DESCRIPTION

As a FOH All-Rounder, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests at our bustling cafe. Your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they have an
enjoyable time at our establishment. You will handle various tasks, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

All-rounder
Food & Beverage Attendant
Food Runner
Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a cafe or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables and orders
  • simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions regarding customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and providing accurate change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering quality service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
