About Your Role:
We are looking for high energy people with an extremely positive attitude, who are genuinely invested in delivering exceptional guest experiences. A can-do attitude and aptitude for guest engagement is non-negotiable
Previous training in a hospitality environment is not essential, though highly desirable. We have roles available and can offer casual, or part-time work

About the Candidate:
Focused and able to follow direction
An understanding of service skills & the ability to prioritise guest requests
Adaptable and keen to continue learning/developing their skills
Capable of building effective relationships with guests and staff
Prior experience in a hospitality environment an advantage
Genuine interest in food and beverage
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays
Renumeration:
We are under the Hotel Industry General Award (HIGA), as you pay will be reflective of your age and experience/capabilities as per the Award.
