FOH Catering Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a FOH Event Supervisor who’s calm in chaos, sharp on the floor, and thrives when the pressure’s on. You’ll lead events across Brisbane and South East Queensland’s best venues and locations, everything from intimate dinners to large-scale corporate functions and luxe weddings.

You’ll be the one ensuring your event and service flows seamlessly, leading and motivating your team, maintaining premium standards, and representing Wine & Dine’m reputation for precision, pace, and personality.

This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll be right there on the floor, supporting your crew, liaising with clients, and keeping every moving part running smoothly from start to finish. Ideally we are seeking candidates that have a level of Management Experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience supervising events, functions, catering or hospitality teams

  • RSA Certificate (mandatory)

  • Open Driver’s Licence (vehicle use required)

  • Prior Food Safety & Hygiene training (preferred)

  • Immaculate personal presentation

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Physically fit and capable of hands-on work

  • Available for Monday–Sunday availability (occasional Sundays/No Public Holidays)

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times

  • Team-player attitude, no egos, just action!
