A great opportunity exists for passionate food and beverage managers to come aboard as an integral part of our management team. Within the role, you'll help to create an enjoyable environment for customers and staff alike and be one of the in venue faces of our front of house offerings. 

In this role you will:

• Lead a passionate front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Set up and execute functions to the highest standards
• Work with venue managers & General Manger /Director to enhance our current offering and improve our already high standard of sequence of service
• Manage, motivate & support employees including delegation and supervision of duties
• Be one of the faces of the business by getting out to know our customers 
• Follow up after functions with Leftbanks Own Events Co-ordinator
• Be responsible for setting up the venue and closing
• Work a rotating roster that includes late nights & weekends
• Help train and upskill junior staff, as will you
• Ensure best practice and venue procedures are consistently maintained
• Upskill on Management system, pos training, induction programs, Stock control, labour Budgeting

As our newest Managers, you will be passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career.

You will have:

• A current Victorian RSA certificate
• A friendly and outgoing attitude with a passion for customer service
• The ability to set a high standard and lead by example to provide customers with the best possible product & service
• A willingness to assist in all aspects of the venue in a hands-on capacity
• A leader that with inspire and get the best out of your team
• A keen eye for detail in the presentation of the and venue
