Firebird in Prahran, the newest, more FIREY and slightly refined sister of the OG Hanoi Hannah is on the hunt for 2 experienced legend waiters to join their tight knit team!
If you have a love of Vietnamese street food, boozy cocktails and hiphop beats this is the place for you!

Firebird is from The Commune Group, which owns and operates three other Viet-diners, in Windsor, Elsternwick and Richmond, as well as Japanese-leaning diner Tokyo Tina and soon to be Moonhouse in the beating heart of Balaclava. At Firebird, go past the 110-odd seats and across the dark-herringbone-tiled floor, peer into the kitchen at the back of the room. Take one look at the woodfired oven – which is lit early in the morning and gains heat throughout the day – and you’ll see what this eatery is all about: smoke, flames and Vietnamese-style fare (everything has touched fire - Including the cocktails!!)
