This is a flexible role where you work on a casual basis although you must have three days of availability each week, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Suited to those who have a basic level of food and beverage service skills and are eager to learn from on-the job training.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, positive attitude, immaculate personal presentation and the ability to say “Bonjour” is a must. 

What you will be doing:

• Set conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described
• Ensure client expectations are met, delivering food and beverage service that exudes luxury
• Take responsibility for your designated rooms or sections.
• Ensure all food and beverages requirements are delivered on time and as specified

• Physical capability to move heavy items as needed and practice safe handling at all times
• The physical ability to carry three plates at once
• Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification is a must
