The ideal applicant has experience in fine dining or a premium restaurant, a good understanding of cuisine, wine, and cocktails, is able to operate effictively in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for offering a high-level of service.

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 1 years’ experience within a fine-dining, or premium restaurant.

• General wine knowledge.

• A proven ability to provide exemplary service.

• Flexible availability including weekends and nights.
