QT Melbourne is looking for an energetic, professional, and experience Food and Beverage Attendants for our Restaurant, C&E and In Room Dining to join our fantastic team. The ideal applicant has experience in fine dining or a premium restaurants/Hotels, a good understanding of cuisine, wine, and cocktails, is able to operate effictively in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for offering a high-level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to provide world-class restaurant service.

• Ability to make decisions whilst maintaining the high paced environment.

• Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 1 years’ experience within a fine-dining, or premium restaurant.

• General wine knowledge.

• A proven ability to provide exemplary service.

• Flexible availability including weekends and nights.
