Reporting to the manager on shift we are currently seeking passionate Customer Service Attendants - All Rounders! The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our customers. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with customers while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business. 

Some previous experience would be amazing, but if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we welcome you to apply! 

Joining The Glasshouse means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft, Molly's Pavilion Cheltenham and Seagulls Tweed Heads. 

Your Key Priorities will be to:

•    Provide efficient and friendly service to our customers
•    Take and serve orders, clear and reset tables, make and serve cold drinks
•    Ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
•    Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
•    Use in house systems to place orders
•    Ensure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions
•    Effectively communicate with all patrons and staff

The Candidate:

•    Full availability over a seven day week
•    A genuine desire to help people have a great experience
•    Excellent communication and customer service skills
•    Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
•    Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
•    Double vaccinated against Covid-19
