About Four Seasons Hotel Sydney:
One of Sydney's most luxurious hotel brands, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is looking for
highly driven, energetic, and passionate team members to join our Food & Beverage
outlets, Mode Kitchen & Bar, Grain Bar, In-Room Dining, and Banquets.

Casual, Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time Basis, including:

BANQUET ATTENDANT:
You will create memorable experiences for guests attending corporate gatherings,
social events, private dinners, and incentive group events. You will be providing
outstanding food and beverage service at one of Sydney's award-winning event
venues.

RESTAURANT HOST:
You will be the face of the Restaurant, greeting and seating guests, arranging seating
plans, taking enquiries and bookings, and delivering great guest service.

BARTENDER / BAR ATTENDANT:
You will be responsible for service in Grain Bar, including the preparation of wine, beer,
spirits, cocktails, and coffees - or you will assist in taking drinks orders and servicing the
tables in Grain.

FLOOR WAITER - MODE KITCHEN & BAR:
Using your great guest service skills and food & wine knowledge, you will take orders,
serve dishes and look after our guests as they enjoy their dining experience, either for
breakfast or our lunch and dinner service period.

IN-ROOM DINING ATTENDANT OR CABANA ATTENDANT:
Our IRD team prepare dining experiences that can be delivered in the comfort of our
guests' hotel room - You will help prepare trays, deliver trays to the room or take orders
from our guests.

The Cabana provides relaxing dining experiences for our guests lounging poolside. With
snack foods and cocktails on the menu, a passion for mixology is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Attributes:

  • Current RSA card/ certificate
  • A passion for providing a memorable dining experience
  • An energetic and confident personality
  • Previous experience in high end restaurants and bars
  • Master of your craft with strong product knowledge and practical skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must have full availability on weekends and evenings
