We require dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic professionals to join our dedicated team, in Casual and Full Time Capacity roles. You will have a hands on approach with an eye for detail and the ability to drive and proactively contribute to the team.

Your success in this role will be defined by the following attributes:-

• Minimum 2 years experience in fast-paced restaurant and/or wine bar environments.
• A love of food and wine.
• Immaculate personal presentation skills
• A friendly, courteous disposition.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• A commitment to working as part of a team.
• Current RSA Certificate and valid working rights in Australia.
