We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, passionate and service focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the F&B Manager this hands-on role will draw on your passion for F&B, your strong leadership skills, ability to lead from the front and your drive to achieve a consistent high standard of service.  The Hotel operates LB's Restaurant and Wylde Bar as well as a Conference and Event centre with a capacity of up to 300 pax.

Key Duties

• Successfully execute promotional campaigns for outlets
• Ensure and promote high standard of WH&S in all outlets
• Support the F&B Manager in the overall strategic management of Food and Beverage operations
• Supervise the team, ensuring that service standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded
• Drive revenues whilst maintaining costs in line with budget expectations on shift
• Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement and report to F&B Manager
• Execution and delivery of the Functions including staff management during the event
• Train, coach and develop team members
• Ensure team is professional always and are up to date with VIP guest movements, hotel events, local attractions and activities
• Maintain a customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively
