About the role

We are looking for a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Rooftop Bar team. Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role supports the day-to-day operations of one of Melbourne’s most iconic rooftop destinations. You’ll be a hands-on leader, welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, helping run functions, and supporting the team to deliver unforgettable experiences. You’ll also assist as Manager on Duty when required, helping to ensure smooth, high-energy service that reflects our rooftop’s vibrant atmosphere.

About you

• Well-groomed with an approachable personality with a welcoming presence 

• Enjoy leading a team and have a hands-on attitude

• People that love looking after people, and exceeding guests' expectations

• Has the ability to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and NEVER sweats the small stuff

• Independent, work autonomously and always go beyond the expected

Skills & experience  

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a F&B Supervisor for 2 years 

• Cocktail Bartender background

• The ability to work under pressure in a busy and dynamic F&B space

• Passion for culinary excellence & sound knowledge of current food trends

• Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
