Food and Beverage Team Leader

Other facilities include 24-hour fitness centre and the iconic outdoor 20-metre infinity pool ideal for unwinding after a day’s work, shopping or exploring Brisbane. 

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. This role will be reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Your Team Leader role will include: 

  • Ensuring our guests are offered the highest level of personalised service at all times
  • Supervise colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed to high standards
  • Ability to identify priorities and produce an all-around positive guest experience
  • Great time management skills, working across a fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Ensure set up and break down of bar is completed efficiently at the start and end of every shift 
  • Assist with the training and development of all team members
  • Ability to maintain a presentable and well managed station
  • Ability to problem solve guest complaints and escalate when required



Food & Beverage Attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
  • High level of communication skills
  • High level of grooming and personal presentation 
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Previous Bartending experience
  • Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
