A day in the life

This is a service-oriented position, you’ll be working in a team of dedicated food & beverage professionals to deliver exceptional a la carte dining experiences to our guests.

You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for…

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred
  • Weekend Availability as well as Public Holidays
  • Strong customer service skills & ability to interact with our members and guests
  • Ambition to continually maintain high standards and further your skills
  • A positive attitude and approach
  • A genuine passion for the beverage industry with strong wine knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent presentation
  • Victorian RSA essential
  • Full working rights in Australia
