• Experience in an a la carte restaurant environment
• A passion for the hospitality industry & a 'can do' attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• A 5-star approach to customer service & the ability to interact with our guests
• Can carry 3 plates and a tray of drinks
• Current QLD RSA Certificate
• Excellent personal presentation
• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster including nights & weekends
• COVID-19 Vaccination Status
• Full working rights in Australia
