The Role

We are currently seeking energetic and passionate Food and Beverage Attendants to join our dedicated Food and Beverage Team.

In this all-rounder role you will work across various outlets, beginnings in In-Room dining and ensuring that the hotel guests are delivered exceptional personalist service that makes them feel welcome and exceeds all expectations. 

 The successful applicant will be required to:

• Prepare mise en place for meal service periods
• Deliver food in a safe and efficient manner to guest rooms
• Take, prepare and deliver In Room Dining order using Micros POS
• Control and manage stock levels efficiently 
• Maintain impeccable health and safety procedures and ALL Safe practices

• Previous food and beverage experience (preferably in a five-star or luxury environment)
• Ability to work in a high volume service environment
• An energetic and proactive approach to providing efficient and friendly service
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment
• A strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods
• Applicants must have full work entitlements and hold a current QLD RSA.
