JOB DESCRIPTION

Distillery Road Market is looking for motivated, passionate, energetic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our ever-growing team. We are passionate about delivering high quality foods, drinks and customer experiences across a range of venues offering different cuisines, from Mexican, American low and slow BBQ, wings, pizza, tapas and more.

We work together to create memorable dining experiences, whilst supporting each other and celebrating our successes as a team.  Our Food & Beverage Supervisors are hands-on, responsible for supervising teams that deliver exceptional customer service across our many venues.  

Key role responsibilities:

  • Drive exceptional and consistent levels of customer service 
  • Set and maintain high standards of hygiene and quality 
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards 
  • Work closely with management to lead, train and develop staff
  • Motivate employees ensuring focus and wellbeing 
  • Ensure stock is replenished appropriately
  • Ensure POS and ordering systems are functional
  • Monitor daily operations within the venue
  • Assist management with labor saving measures

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Food & Beverage Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The necessary requirements for the role include:

  • A strong food and beverage background with 2 years experience in a similar role
  • RSA certificate (current or willing to obtain)
  • Food Safety Training Certificate (current or willing to obtain)
  • A customer focused approach 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards       
  • Sound knowledge of basic point of sale systems 
  • Demonstrated ability to direct staff and deliver clear instruction 
  • Ability to follow instruction and work to deadlines 
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing environments
