Job Description

Are you excited about hospitality service and guest engagement? Can you think outside the box? As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will lead your shift to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests, and support our Food and Beverage attendants to be their best.

Food & Beverage Attendant
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Waitstaff
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets 
  • Ensure hotel and brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • This role is part-time, with a minimum availability required for three shifts morning or evening and would be suitable for a candidate holding a student visa

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in leading a small team is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Espresso coffee making and bar tending experience will be highly regarded
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or willing to obtain
  • You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this position - we are not able to provide sponsorship for this role.
