The Olsen Hotel part of the global ACCOR Hotels Group are looking for experienced F&B Superstars. We are looking for Food & Beverage Attendants  be it Floor and Wait Staff, barista or cocktail barman along with function service staff. 

We are a large operation open 7 days and service breakfast, lunch and dinner in our in-house Spoonbill Restaurant and Bar along with In-Room Dining and also operate functions and events within many luxurious spaces throughout the Hotel. This means there is flexibility to work different times of the day and an opportunity to learn and work in different aspects of Food & Beverage.

As our next F&B Superstar, you will:
•    Be confident in your ability to serve and look after our guests/customers and have excellent communication skills
•    Present yourself well and hold a professional manner and high regard to personal grooming
•    Engage with guests to promote an exceptional experience not just a good one (average)
•    Be speedy on your feet and understand what’s required of a fast paced environment
•    Hold a current RSA and Australian working rights
•    Have previous experience in Food & Beverage- Restaurant/bar/ function
•    Be passionate about the hospitality industry and want to grow with us.

• 2 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
• Excellent food and wine knowledge
• A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
