We are now seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Team Member who takes pride in getting the details right.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone methodical, thorough, and who values precision. As the final checkpoint before food leaves the kitchen, you'll ensure that every product matches specifications. Your Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM 12:00 AM | Fixed shifts with some flexibility required | Located within walking distance from Townhall in Sydney CBD | Opportunities to transition from casual to permanent for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect final products against recipes and standards.
• Check weights, scoop sizes, and ingredient accuracy.
• Taste-check selected ingredients to ensure quality.
• Verify labels for accuracy (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
• Monitor food safety compliance and log issues.
• Communicate any issues needing attention to team members.
• Report significant concerns to the shift supervisor.
• Document results using our digital Quality Assurance system.
