Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking committed hospitality professionals to join the team at The Australian Hotel & Brewery in the role of Food Runner. You will be assisting the venue team to successfully operate the hotel in a hands-on role in a FOH capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the Venue Leadership Team with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include

• Working alongside a team as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience
• Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regard to venue cleanliness and presentation
• Utilizing problem solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment
