Petermen is a contemporary smart casual seafood restaurant (70 seats) that aims to champion our Australian producers (fish & vegetables).

We source sustainable fish direct from fishermen, dry age & dry handle it in our fish store - Fish Butchery, then will cook it expertly and simply for our guests. 

Saint Peter is owned & operated by Josh & Julie Niland and has been a training ground for up & coming hospitality talent - Petermen is now doing the same. Work with us to grow your career as a hospitality professional in a friendly and professional environment.
