The Gig

Front Office staff will provide an all-round memorable experience to guests, in a welcoming and fun environment.

In this role you understand and exceed guest expectations - whether welcoming VIPs, giving advice on the best local activities, or helping a guest choose a music record for their room. 

• Working a rotating roster of mornings, evenings & overnights including weekends.
• Anticipating guest needs and delivering amazing service when responding to guest requests.
• Ensuring all guests are warmly welcomed during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Managing data through the booking system.
• Proactively offering assistance with luggage & transport services.
• Communicating and liaising with various staff on all levels and understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
• Knowledgeable in property facilities, services, and hours of operation.
• Confidently answering emails, phone and in-person enquiries.

About You

You're driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences at Ace Sydney, always going above and beyond with your positive, can-do attitude. With a knack for building strong relationships and staying organised, you're genuinely invested in making every guest's stay exceptional. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
2. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
3. Basic knowledge of local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
4. Basic knowledge in hotel property management systems (PMS).
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service.
