JOB DESCRIPTION

Greeting and ensuring that guests are accommodated are the primary roles of a hotel receptionist,

also tasked with managing reservations and checking out guests.

 

This role needs to work in morning shift or afternoon shift. This role may need to work weekend and holiday and sometimes night shifts during any range of

the establishment’s operating hours. Hotel receptionists report to the front office manager.

        Hourly rate negotiable with related working experience .

 

FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check-in Guests
  • Handle Guest Inquiries and Complaints
  • Answer Phones
  • Process Payments

 

Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills are the top abilities.

The abilities to deal effectively with crises and work with a diverse population are essential for this position.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
