Saddle Up Gunslingers, Moon Dog Wild West is coming to town!

We're beyond excited to be bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to beautiful Footscray, with a view to swing open the saloon doors in Mid - Late March (Subject to project timelines). Our mind blowing three story, 800 pax venue will offer the best in food, beverages and entertainment, with our signature cheeky twist.

We're looking for Casual Front of House All Rounders to bring the best in customer service to the west!

The ideal candidates will:

• Have proven FOH experience
• Fully available fri/sat/sun
• Happily be able to hold down a section and sling froths at the bar.
• No problem getting their steps in across a large, three storied venue.
• Good vibes, good chat

All rounders will be paid on the food and bev casual award level 2.  A start date will be negotiated in line with the projected opening.
