Bluegrass BBQ in Eatons Hill is looking or a dynamic and driven leader to join our team as a fantastic opportunity is available.
Previous experience in leading and managing the Front of Hosue will allow you to adapt and adjust quickly to our established systems.
In essence, we BBQ for a living. We do full table service, but in an easy and casaul setting that compliments our BBQ goodies and style.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Here's what our ideal new team member will be able to do:
- Lead and Manage the FoH Crew
- Understand and instigate rosters and budgeting
- Adhere to our systems and offer amazing customer service
-Be able to work autonomously and within a team
- Liaise with the kitchen crew
- Have the experience and desire needed to achieve great results
