JOB DESCRIPTION

The Speakeasy Group are opening an exciting new project across two floors right in the heart of the Sydney CBD (285 George St). Level 1 will see a high-end restaurant, The Sanderson, brought to life with the Basement seeing the return of the highly renowned Eau-de-Vie Cocktail Bar.

We are now looking to recruit all front of house positions including, waitstaff, bartenders and hosts. Staff that will be able to assist us in establishing top-tier customer service by creating memorable, personal, and unique drinking and dining experiences while having fun and working on your own professional development.

The Speakeasy Group is a growing boutique hospitality company operating both bars and restaurants across NSW and VIC.
