Colette et Louis is looking for a full-time Supervisor for Melbourne.

Colette et Louis ensures luxury boutiques impress every customer who walks through their doors. Attention to detail, discretion, impeccable presentation and passion for excellence are our fundamental values.

As a supervisor, you will join a dynamic, progressive, and highly experienced team and be available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.

Main responsibilities include:

• • Organising rosters according to client’s needs
  • Recruiting and training new staff
  • Ensuring good relationships are maintained within the Colette et Louis team and with clients
  • Dealing with staff matters

The successful candidate will need to represent the brand and lead by example. The role requires constant interaction not only within the team but also with the management teams from luxury boutiques. Hence excellent communication skills and good organisation will be the key factor to success in the role.

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Motivational leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and train your team
• The demonstrated ability to deliver luxury services
• Previous experience in a similar role or luxury environment will be viewed favourably
• Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
• Availability to work across a 7-day-a-week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Currently, hold or be able to obtain a valid VIC RSA Certificate
• Flexibility with work hours
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Valid Driver’s License
