Led by globally renowned Chef Josh Niland, our team is dedicated to showcasing the finest Australian seafood. The Role:

As a member of our front of house team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Whether you're an expert waiter, welcoming host, seasoned sommelier or a passionate food runner, we welcome all levels of experience to contribute their skills and creativity to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all related duties ensuring overall guest experience is always priority.
  • Provide answers to all guest related enquiries and questions with poise and professionalism. 
  • Daily restaurant setup & detailed execution during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining room.
  • Tailoring service to specific needs of individual guests.
  • Always uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the applied position in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional service skills and commitment to guest focused culture.
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation.
  • Proactive and strong work ethic.
  • Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
  • Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate.
  • Proof of current Australian working rights.
  • Knowledge of wine and food pairing.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Positive attitude towards hospitality and teamwork.
