We are currently looking for Full Time and Part Time Front Office Attendant to join the Crown Towers & Metropol teams. To be successful for this role you will have a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to each and every one of our guests.
You will need to have strong attention to detail, as you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office and will need to be able to work in a high volume environment. With consistently high occupancy rates, your duties will include check in and check out, liaising with other departments within the hotel team and having an up-to-date knowledge of all products, facilities and promotional activities.
