Opportunity to join a great team of driven Hills people in a multi-faceted entertainment complex in Western Sydney.
The Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill is an Accor Hotel in the Hills District comprising of 78 luxurious rooms, located within The Fiddler, a Premier award wining Sydney Pub Hotel offering quality, sophisticated dining and entertainment in the Hills.
We are currently seeking a hands-on experienced Front Office Night Auditor / Reception Agent to join our dedicated and professional accommodation team at the Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill.
Our ideal candidates for this hands-on role, will be a well presented individual, with at least one years' experience in a similar role in a similar environment. You are a first point of contact and a friendly face for the concierge of the hotel during the evening and overnight trade. You are competent in all facets of night auditing including:
Proficiency in the hotel system Opera and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. This position will report to the General Manager of the Mercure Hotel.
Lastly, you are down to earth, approachable and love building rapport whilst maintaining professionalism with our customers. Authenticity is key here. We want friendly people that understand empathy, deal with customers in a friendly manner and able to think quick on their feet to ensure the customer experience isn’t jeopardised during challenging times.
We require flexibility as this position will consist of night shifts from approximately 11 PM until 7 AM including weekends and public holidays.
