We are a busy cafe seeking a competent Barista to join our team. Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment with around 6 months- 1 year of Barista Experience.

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, efficient and passionate - with a good attitude to boot.

Duties include:

· Making up to 4kg+ per day 

· Setting dose, Adjusting the grind, Making quality milk being open to learning more and pouring latte art

· Making a connection with the regular guest

- Daily routine tasks for the bar area

- Coordinate jobs with kitchen and floor  

- Great customer service

• minimum 6 months experience
• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
