Welcome to The Fiddler Hotel, one of Sydney's premier hospitality venues in The Hills. Known as the ‘Home of Celebrations’, we pride ourselves in our philosophy of delivering great, friendly service for all guests who dine and celebrate with us.
We are looking for people of all skill levels to fill all types of positions in our kitchen, from qualified Chefs to CDP's.
You will assist in operating amongst a large team where food prep, functions, grill and general food service will be a day-to day norm. You will be comfortable working under pressure.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Those individuals who are experience in high volume food service and wood-fired pizza are highly desired.
