Located in the Southpoint precinct, Emporium Hotel South Bank offers 143 luxuriously appointed suites designed for comfort and elegance. With an array of premium food and beverage experiences, our hotel is a destination where every detail matters.

We are currently seeking dedicated and service-driven Porters to join our award-winning team. As true Brand Ambassadors, Porters play an essential role in delivering on our Emporium Service Promises of enriching, empathetic, and effortless guest experiences.

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering graceful, thoughtful service to all guests, ensuring every interaction is memorable.

• Welcoming guests and managing the coordination of vehicles, luggage handling (including delivery and storage), and guest requests.

• Valet parking a range of vehicles (Note: an unrestricted open manual licence is required).

• Providing insightful advice about the hotel and the local South Bank/Brisbane area.

• Taking ownership in exceeding the needs of both hotel guests and Southpoint apartment occupants, going above and beyond with purpose and action.

• Pride in personal presentation and attention to detail.

• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.

• A desire to create effortless, enriching stays for our guests - every time, every shift.

• Current working rights in Australia.
