JOB DESCRIPTION

Fitzroy Lane Group is looking for a highly motivated Full-Time Restaurant Manager. This role is perfect for anyone who is currently looking for a new environment or to progress in their career by making the next step!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in conflict-resolution.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and be willing to learn.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Worked at least 2 years in hospitality of any kind.

The Role is 5 days a week:

  • Great hours for hospitality, working on a rotating roster OR fixed roster (discussed on application).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Oversee restaurant operations, including opening, closing, scheduling, and staff management.
  • Manage floor operations on a daily basis.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs for profitability.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall restaurant appearance.
  • Understanding of KPI’s to achieve weekly financial targets.
  • Supervise multiple staff during services.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team.
  • Assist in setting up, running, and packing down functions.
  • Handle function inquiries and relay them to the events team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a fun and safe environment for staff.
  • Train new staff members.
  • Implement company procedures effectively.
