About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Full-Time worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day to day running of the restaurant.
Motivate and inspire the staff leading by example.
Ensure smooth operation in a timely manner.
Assist with opening and closing duties as directed by management.
Engage with customers with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
Assist in food preparation ensuring food quality and presentation standards.
Reinforcing tidiness among the staff to ensure pleasant customer experience.
Ability to navigate challenging situations and find accurate solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the restaurant's overall success such as B2B sales.
